A hymn of light created by the combination of raspberry and leather
Think of golden sunlight, starry skies, the Northern Lights. Light takes us on a magical journey. Wanting to capture all this light in a fragrance, perfumer Jacques Cavallier Belletrud set out in search of vibrant colours. Visiting one of Louis Vuitton’s leather ateliers, he witnessed how a leather craftsman transformed raspberry-coloured leather into a luxurious bag. The bright colour of the leather, reminiscent of ripe fruit, gave him an ingenious idea: to combine leather with berry notes. The scent of white osmanthus flowers, grown in China, meets apricot and animalic notes, and is complemented by notes of iris and saffron.
